Hello,
my name is Vlada, and I work in Soho web studio. Recently we bought new hosting reseller account, because we are not satisfied with the old one.
Now we have to transfer about 15 accounts to new server. As I found on your forums:
http://forum.soholaunch.com/showthread.php?t=248

I accessed Hosts file and change it, but I had to include 2 lines. First line is IP and domain.com and other is IP and www.domain.com. And it's
working fine. It looks like this

domain removed
Ip removed
*removed for security reasons

So now I need to install new copy of soholaunch and then to transfer folders as builtsmarter said. Okay...now I installed it withfantastico and everything was fine.
Now when I try to login I am getting Unable to locate a valid 'proserver' license for this domain (www.studiosoho.net) on server (**.**.**).

Ok, now my hosting should enable the license for me...but when they try to add the domain license through our Partners area in Soholaunch, they get the following message:
The domain name you are trying to license has already been licensed.

Which is probably true since my old hosting provider needed a license too so that it worked on *their* webserver.

Now I want to install soholaunch and to import all files so I can test if it works okay and then just point to new dns servers on all clients domains.
We are running Soholaunch Pro Edition 4.7 (Build 2004_11c)

How this can be solved. As I said we have about 15 accounts and we have to transfer it pretty soon.
You can answer me here or via email/AIM in my profile.

Best regards,
Vlada.

If I am reading you right you have an additional issue than Builtsmarter in that you are not just changing servers but switching between Partner accounts - your old reseller and the new. I would suggest you contact Soholaunch directly by email and preferably (if possible) by telephone to resolve the issue. With 15 accounts waiting you don't want to leave it up to the forums.

Yes, I've sent email to Allen already. I just posted it here if someone from support see this before Allen check his email. I preffer to solve this via email/IM with Soholaunch support because I'm not in the US, but if we don't succeed, someone from our company will call soholaunch.

Thanks for advice anyway.

Regards,
Vlada.
