Need to change base color for Deliciously Blue

:hmm: Saw a similar question regarding another template, but I believe this template works differently. I found a custom.css and a cart.css file, each with color codes included. When I edited each of those files, I couldn't see any difference on the site.

Can someone tell me which file I'm supposed to be editing, and how long it should take from the time I save the edits to the time it shows up on the website?

You are looking at the right files. All styles on this template are id based (e.g., #container).

Make sure you are working on this folder: sohoadmin/program/modules/site_templates/pages/DELICIOUSLY-Clean-Blue/

Also make sure it was saved correctly without any permission issues.

Once you upload the changes, press F5 (or refresh) to see the effect immediately.

Appreciate your help. I was not in the correct folder. Am making some progress now.:)
