HI,
I have submitted 2 tickets my latest one 2 days ago and I do not get a response from you guys!
Iam paying for the monthly fee on my server and need my question answered please. Iam having problems with the liciencing.

Someone else said it in another thread. Soholaunch is at the moment much better at phone support than they are through other electronic means. If you can call them if not let me know and I will put in the call for you. Their phone support is outstanding and perhaps the patience they show on the phone slows down other responses. Also depending on the nature of your problem posting the details of the problem you are having here can be helpful as issues sometimes can be resolved through user to user support. Thanks and welcome to the boards.

yes, but don't you have to pay $50 for each phone support incident?

That has not been implemented. When they implement that I am sure they will let us know
