Wrong File Downloads for Purchased Template

I am not sure anyone can help me, but I am having problems downloading a template I purchased off the addons site. I purchases "S053-Transportation1" template by ViaStep. Normally the templates download as ZIP files. However, this one downloads "Download.php" which is empty and obviously no good. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks

By the way, I will get you the FTP info for that R3 Template customization this weekend. If you don't want to deal with the FTP, I could just send you the template files. Whichever you prefer.
