Extract the file, and you are all set!

- How do you use temp. domains feature in the Partner area?
You must specify your root domains, you get 4 of them, under account settings. Then If you go to lifetime Licenses, your domain will show up in a drop down box and you can select one of the 4, to generate a temp subdomain. A temp subdomain is tied to your main license, and lasts forever.
