I just had to mention that in about three weeks, I am actually getting to meet Stephen Colbert. :ehheh:

Actually, it's my son - he was granted a wish from the Make A Wish foundation, wished to go to New York, meet Colbert, and be on the show. The first two are definitely happening, though I don't think he'll actually be *on* the show itself. We will, however, be sitting off stage and watching the taping from backstage during the taping of the August 23rd show.

Mr. and I don't watch much television, except the daily show and stephen colbert along with local news, abc news and pbs news. You may say we take a hefty dose of real and not-so-real news every day...

Man congratulations. I can see all the excitement in you. Once the trip is over, keep me posted as to how it was and what all you did.
