Copy Changes to Shopping Cart Files

I am trying to make copy and image changes to the following soho shopping cart pages:

pgm-checkout.php

pgm-payment_gateway.php

I make the changes via the web browser option available on my CPANEL file manager (I host thorugh one of soholaunch's hosting partners 3ix.com). I then refresh these pages and the changes are displayed.

HOWEVER a half hour later the changes are gone and the same old copy is back again. Is this a security system function of soho's? If so how do I change it as it is driving me nuts.

Are you copying back to the TWO file locations ?
Remember these files reside at two locations :
/shopping/
AND
/sohoadmin/client_files/shopping_cart

ok thanks for that no I was jst going via the shopping file, will try it out now.
