Does this plugin allow you to distinguish between domestic and international shipping. Can both forms of shipping be calculated?

All three of the Real Time Shipping plugins (UPS, FedEx and USPS) offer international and domestic options. You can turn off any that you don't want. They do distinguish between them based on the country being shipped to. Obviously, the carriers won't return domestic rates on packages being shipped between countries and won't return international rates for packages being shipped domestically. When the customer gets their shipping choices, it will only list those that returned a rate. Hope that answers your question.
