How do I get rid of the side color? This template squishes everything to the middle and leaves a huge boarder in a color I don't like. Can I get rid of it?

Not sure if that put it in correctly. But go to www.connect2geek.com and click on contact. How do I get rid of the color on the left and right? It squishes everything to the middle of the screen.
