It does seem that way. I do wish they participated a lot more here in the forums. Despite this, they have responded well to my support tickets and phone calls.

Well, soho, if you're listening... and you need help... I'm available for part-time work programming or tech support.

Ruben isn't staff but he is the designated admin here and has been close to the project for some time so he can answer alot of questions.

Forums are used differently for various companies. I think its fair to say at this point that Soholaunch does not consider the forums either a primary or secondary support means but a place for user to user assistance which they will occassionally drop in and add to.

Phone support is stellar.

Yeah, just wondering that's all as I've noticed their participation go down. :(

No problem though....

Thanks

Well, It definitely is a problem since there are people who can't or won't use the phone. I think I got used to the almost weekly updates. I noticed everything slowed down dramatically with the Fantastico integration. Success does bring support burdens

Yeah, it's unfortune, but I guess those will have to settle for email support.

If you login to your partner site http://partner.soholaunch.com you will see that they have a support ticket system there. They are pretty fast in anwsering those as i have experienced, so i would suggest using the support ticket system.

Thanks Ruben but currently I don't need any support. I was just being curious.

BTW, I saw your templates and they are very nice. Good work!
