I have installed Pro edition through Fantastico but when try login appear above error message. I have searched the forum threads and have followed the intruction, I have send email to sales dept yesterday for creating a partner account for me but till today never receive any reply.

Is this company (soholaunch) still exist ? anyone can help me.

Get that sentiment every few weeks. The problem is your host has enabled it in Fantastico (they do not have to) but has decided not to pay the few dollars a month the license requires.

You can't be cheated on a program that you put down no money on. I would suggest you contact your host and find out what the status is on their licensing the software. IF they won't do it there are other hosting companies that provide the application absolutely free - Hostdooggy and Icestorm both have good reputations here and on WHT just to name a couple.
