Shipping by Zone...This would be a helpful Plugin

Not sure if Shipping by Zone exists, but many e-commerce clients are always asking for Shipping By Zone. So essentially a store owner could setup Zip Code Zones to have the ability to change price by Zip code. Zones would be flexible enough to even change shipping cost and tax for different States nation wide. This is one plugin that would really be alot of help, because we get these requests all the time.

We have three real time shipping plugins, you can find them in the Soho Add-on site, they don't calculate by zone they calculate by the actual address which seems even more accurate to me.

I DELIVER my products locally, therefore I have no need of USPS, UPS or Fed Ex "REAL TIME" shipping options. My fees are based ONLY on the zip code in which I will deliver to.

I don't understand WHY soooooo many website builders believe that a LOCAL DELIVERY CHARGE based on ZIPCODE or ZONES is not necessary to include in shipping options. Think about how many companies NEED this option??? ANY company that provides a LOCAL service... florists, furniture stores, drycleaner, restaurants, and many more I'm sure that I just can't think of right now.

This is a completely IGNORED NEED by website developers.
