I purchased a plugin and my bank statement shows the payment however I have not recieved a download link and when I go to manage my account the plugin does not show up in the list of plugins I have purchased. There is no contact info on the site but there was an email address in the reciept I recieved and I have emailed to that address but no response. The web site says that plugins would be available within minutes of paying for them however it has been two days and still nothing for my money.:(

I would suggest that you PM Jim Buckler with details of your receipt. I'm sure he can straighten it out for you.

I sent Jim an email last week, pm'd him today and still no response. I am getting very frustrated, it has been 5 days since I paid for the plugin and I have the receipt to prove it and still no response from anyone!!!

I know we want things fixed fast.
Sometimes the clock seames to click faster
for some, than it does for others.
I have found out with soho that things do get done.
Sometime not as fast as you would like.
But they get it done.That`s better than most.
I thing i try to remember 1 thing when i got a
problem.
I not the only one who needs there help.

I have never had an issue with ordering a plugin. Our company builds and purchases plug-ins on a regular basis, and every time the system has worked flawlessly.
It seems that there was an error in this particular purchase, but given the chance to correct it Soho has responded. I would give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time instance.
