Problem With "Enhanced Gallery"

I purchased the "Enhanced Gallery" from the Addons Site and uploaded it. It appeared to be working fine, I even created a gallery, then I went to the page that I wanted to add the gallery too and tried to click on the plugins button to add this new gallery and it would not do anything, then I tried using my text editor and nothing happened. Ever since I uploaded the gallery my modules (the ones on the edit pages) have stopped working. So I tried uninstalling this new "Enhanced Gallery" and everything works again? Please Help. I need to get this fixed for my client.

One of my clients had the same issue, and removing enhanced gallery solved the issue.

PHP 5.2.4, running suPHP and suhosin with Zend/Ioncube.

Hi. I am sorry to hear about the trouble. We developed the plugin and I would like to help you solve the problem. Soho recently announced the impending arrival of version 4.9.3 and with that there were a few changes that had to be made to the code. I made those changes with the assurance that they were backwards compatible. I believe this may be where the problem lies.

If you will go to http://support.netsolutionsna.com and post a support ticket (please include your sohoadmin login information and website url) I can take a look at your system, possibly duplicate the problem, and then fix it.

As expected, the latest upgrade to version 1.95 of the Enhanced Gallery is not fully backwards compatible with the previous versions of Soholaunch. Version 1.95 was made to be compatible with version 4.9.3 of Soholaunch, which is yet to be released.

I have stepped our plugins back to their version prior to the revision for version 4.93. So Enhanced Gallery is now current at version 1.9. If anyone has upgraded to version 1.95 and is having trouble, please click the upgrade button again and it should downgrade you to version 1.9. (It's like Vista vs XP. :lmao: )
