ok So You Have Made Changes To Your Website

Now how do you get the search engine bots to come and pick up allt he current changes.

I notice that on some pages the cached versions on google are from july. Does someone know when they update caches.

And I find I never seem to show up on Yahoo.. but do well on MSN and Google.

Anyone have a hard time coming up on ASK or Yahoo?
