What should/could i use for a dealership inventory plugin with possible year, make, model, price ect... search option?

There's a cool plugin called Feature Anything Product Catalog (Link (https://addons.soholaunch.com/View_Addon.php?addonid=217&partner=3503)) that should do the trick for you. It allows you to add an item, in your case a car, then add some description fields, such as make, model, year, description etc. Then, you can add as many photos as you want to that.

You can see this site (Taylor Lifts (http://www.taylorlifts.com/Used_Equipment.php)) for an ok example. The red links in the middle of the page take you to the details page for each inventory item. Their listings don't have a lot of detail, but you can get the idea. Net Solutions has a demo site where you can play with it too. Just PM the "Net Solutions" user and he will provide you with the info you need to get to that demo site.
