Having a problem with a developer

I purchased a plugin and it is not working as advertising nor intended, so I contacted the developer who gave me paragraphs of work-arounds and then said the best solution was for me to purchase another one of his plugins to fix the problem. This is not acceptable!

Who do I contact to file a complaint and get my money back for the non working plugin??? :(

All plugin and templet makers on soho
go thru soholaunch,Even if the maker
wanted to refund your money he can not
without going thru soholaunch.
The developer should have more control of the purchase/
return but they dont.And if the developer wanted to give
you a discount they cant.I have not found one who would
not go out of his way to help you with the install or setup.
