Does anybody know what has happened to Demostorm?

Has he been hit by a bus?

I have tried sending emails & private messaging, however get no reply. I have been waiting for a paid order to be delivered for about a month now! :(

Demostorm's definitely still around. I've spoken to him within the last few days. If you've sent him emails and private messages, you can be sure that he's aware of your pending work. It's not a matter of him remembering, but rather a matter of him working his way to it. He knows what you're waiting on and how long you've been waiting on it.

This business is full of to-do lists that grow faster than we can check things off. The good news is that Demostorm's the type of guy that won't get up from the table until he's finished everything on his plate. Trust in that, and he'll come through for you exactly when he is capable of doing so -- no sooner, no later.

In the mean time, try using screenshots for web promos and live demos for presentations wherever possible. ;)

The last I heard from DemoStorm was over two weeks ago, when he said that my demo's were nearly ready, & he would be putting them up for download within the next day or two.

However I have not heard from him since then, & he has not replied to any of my emails since then.

This is what made me think that he had been hit by a bus or something.

If he has a genuine reason for my demo's not being ready he should just tell me. I am a reasonable person.

However ignoring my emails does not give me confidence to want to do business with him in the future!

I am a reasonable person.

And so is he. This is the reason why you purchased from Demostorm. If I know anything about Demostorm it is that he is passionate about his work. I think that people finally realized this, and like mike said, has a lot on his plate. Your demos will be ready and better than most others. He will not rush a project and sacrifice quality to make an extra buck. This is something that not many companys can claim. Be patient as I know you have been, remember why you purchased from Demostorm in the first place. :)

MIke and Joe

I really appreciate the vote of confidence. Means alot to me. Unfortunately there are similarities between your Fantastico debacle and this problem but first let me openly apologize to Sohot. He is not in the wrong. This was our screw up. We've corrected that and he should now have the Cpanel training (was not a Soholaunch order) for the launch of his site later this month

As you suspected - No bus ( in light of recent events I am very thankful)

But just as I guessed your problem with Fantastico so to have you guessed ours. Due to the requests of our customers we got into a market segment that stressed our resources and frankly led us into the same market you stumbled into with the free 6 month trial. The problem is that in catering to a bad market you end up having your resources stretched until your good customers begin to suffer from mistakes on your part that affect the service level they have a right to expect.

Soholaunch customers continue to be the most forward thinking reasonable hosts of any that we have dealt with. Customers like Sohot have made the investment to put their business forward but it is incredible some of the business owners we have come across doing CPanel training and the amount of time we've had to spend protecting our work and time all of which consumes the hours of a day.

Anyway thats our problem that we will rectify in very short order. Suffice to say if you are looking for something free or the absolutely cheapest solution without regard to quality you do not need to visit Demostorm.com. We are getting back to our roots. Thanks again for your support and we thank Sohot for his patience.
