In every method that I use to install Soholaunch to my website in Helm, it says that I need to have all my directory permissions to be set to "777". There is no way to do this with Helm, and I use Windows so FTP doesn't allow it.
Help?
Thanks

Helm is his cpanel. :P Helm is a variant control panel.

Do you have shell access?

My fault - I think in Linux. Always shocks me when people host on Windows, so it takes me a sec to readjust my thinking.

Helm is a control panel strictly for Windows, so you're on an IIS system. There is no way for you to be able to change permissions in your environment yourself. The directory security in Windows is set up entirely different from Linux and so that's not allowed, even through Helm.

You have no choice but to email your hosting company and ask that they change it for you, and hope that their policy allows you to do so.
