Using the Flash demo I created a small .swf file that fades from one photo to another. I guess there must be other software that can do the same thing but is a lot cheaper. I want to put this fading type picture/movie on my website. Can anyone recommend some programs to try? Google popped up Ulead Gif Animator and Koolmoves, maybe I'll try them but I'd like to hear some recommendations.

Thanks

Go to dynamicdrive.com, select image effects, and you will find a number of slideshow javascripts free to use.

Hey, instead of having a whole page with animation have you tried just putting in some animated *.gif files. I believe its much easier and isn't as SE unfriendly as having a purely flash index page or even site.
