I have been using Phase 2 Diki Flikin template in my website.
There were two types of pages in template site based template and home page style. Recently I noticed that home page style is missing and I could not put contents in promo boxes of home pages. How can I reinstall it ?

Those two boxes (BOX1 and BOX2) are still there without any content in either.
Go to sohoadmin > template manager and click on "template boxes" on the right pane. Make sure both boxes are mapped to their respective blog subjects and there are entries in those blog subjects.

First go to sohoadmin > blog manager to create two subjects, one for each box, and add an entry to each subject.
Then go to template manager and click on "edit template boxes now!" link. You will be taken to the "template boxes" screen. In there, you select "content from blog manager" and the blog subject for each box (Box1 and Box2).
Once you've done the associations between your boxes and your blog subjects, the blog entries you entered will show up in those two boxes on your home page.

Hello,
In my template, when I click template boxes New, it used come up with two option one for site base template and other one for home page. But now I only have site base templates only where it indicate that templates boxes are (0). While it used to have (3) template boxes in home page template.

Yes you do have three boxes (the third one is on the bottom) on your home page.
Go to sohoadmin > open/edit page and make sure you designate site default template to the home page, not select a specific template name, even though it is the same.
If this is not the issue, the only suggestion I have are the following (and in that order):
1. Switch to another template, then switch it back to see if the template boxes work.
2. Upload the template again.

Go to sohoadmin > database tables > system tables. Take a look at "PROMO_BOXES" and see what you have in the records for "Box1", "Box2",and "Box3".

Your website is very slow...
Anyway, did you just change your home page name from "Home Page" to "Home"? That could be the problem. Try to switch it back to "Home Page" to see if you get your boxes back.

I repaired your PROMO_BOXES system table with default values. The "home page" tab is now available in sohoadmin > template manager > template boxes. I think you can proceed your box to blog subject mapping and go from there.
