I am new to making a website for my business and just last week purchased a Full- Pro Edition Soho. My web address is all set up and I started playing with one of the default templates: Corporate-A Curvatious Mark-Blue Gray. You can see it to date at www.tcg-coaching.com The version of Pro Edition I have found in the bottom right corner of my website says: v4.9.2 r3
Today I discovered a Template I liked better from the Soho Add-In area and I purchased it. It was called S025-Business1 and was just created recently. I thought I read that it should work with my new version of Pro Edition but after downloading it and uploading it to my Template list for use, it says this when I attempt to use it as my new template:
Each template in our library has different features. Below is a list of features for the selected template.
This template does not seem to be in Pro Edition format.
Please select a different template, or, if you would like to learn more about Pro Edition templates go to the Help Center and view our documentation on Site Templates.
Why doesn’t it work?
Also I need to know the phone number or email address of Soho so I can get a refund if I can’t get it to work. I couldn’t find anyplace on the sites that provide a customer service phone or email address.
Can someone out there help me?
