soholaunch will not load after login

I recently signed up as a hosting reseller with hostthebest.com to use soholaunch. I am familiar with soholaunch pro from a reseller account I have with another host. I have installed it many times. I installed it on two domains with my new reseller host account.. I received soholaunch installation confirmation emails on each. I can enter my username and password on either soho login and the software accepts my info, but hangs up trying to load the first page. It gets in a loop and just keeps going back and forth between pages it is trying to open. WHAT DO I need to do? Could this be a license problem with the hosting company?

The problem may be that your host still has to manually create a license before you can use the software. You may want to check with them to see if the license has been created for your domain.
