Templates not uploading

Can anyone help me. I have purchased the template Health Alternative Green, and my boyfriend has Clean Industry Blue, but we can't seem to upload them to our site. The message keeps saying "not in pro edition format". They are being uploaded as zip, but it still doesnt work. :wtf: :hmm:

I've had a similar thing with templates I've made/modified. Although I've had the same message, checking the server via my ftp program I've discovered they did get uploaded, but I could only access them after I logged out and then logged back in.

A template only requires a minimum of two files to be considered SH compatible: and index.htmj and a css file - I'm guessing that both these templates have at least that.

The zip file also has to be named according to 'strict' rules - see here http://wiki.soholaunch.com/index.php?title=Custom_Templates for further info.

And one of the first mistakes I made was to change the zip name to something I'd remember, so, this 'tet.3' I made into this 'The Everything Template' and it didn't recognize it. That took a minute to figure out since I always change names.
