installing from fantastico

When installing from fantastico my only option is a pull down menu
to install on root main index. can't change file location.
Is this the case? :confused:

The product must be installed on a sites document root, or in cpanel's case, the public_html folder. You can install Pro Edition on a subdomain, in which case the doc root would be the subdomain folder, in public_html.

Thanks but writes over my main index file in public_html.
It says its 4.81 Build 05) pro edition.
So if I create a subdomain it will show up in the drop down menu?

Inorder to run, Soholaunch must index from the docroot. Create a subdomain, and that subdomain should appear in the dropdown when you install.
