I purchased a template from the Soho add-on site a few weeks ago, downloaded it to my PC, uploaded to my admin area and things were fine.
Then ... I decided to go with a different template. Bought it, downloaded, uploaded and thought I knew what I was doing. It shows in my template list but when I choose it and preview my site, I just get the message "template not licensed."
I followed the Soho instructions (on the add-on site) to double check things and have the correct domain listed in both places (Soho add-on license list and my site admin area). I'm wondering if things are getting goofed up because of the template I purchased and installed earlier. They both show the same domain when I check my licenses on the Soho add-on page, but I can't delete template #1 from the list.
Any ideas on how I can get this to work? I emailed the designer but he said it sounds like Soho might need to reset something for me.
