Well, I gave it a try.... Hmm....

Didn't like this bit:

I only found that by scouring the forum for the following:

I also wasn't impressed by the fact that the site builder simply would not finalise the last step, giving me a connection error.

The free POP3 and webmail seems to be a slight error too - from what I saw on the free hosting you only get a mail forwarder; to get a full POP3 and webmail service your FAQ tells me I have to upgrade the account to a full one.

The File Manager in cPanel also did not connect:
