This may be a "loophole" with which you can give it a shot (no guarantee that it'll work, of course ;) ):
1. Login sohoadmin as usual.
2. Switch back to the main browser window and type in the following on the address bar:
yourdomain.com/sohoadmin/program/webmaster/plugin_manager/plugin_manager.php

I'm surprised that you have any plugins in the free version - as it does not support them.
If you bought a plugin prior to the datestamp of the free version, then you'll need to upgrade to the full version to enable the advanced features - this is where the 'manage plugins' feature can be found.

Because my page editing now looks different as previously.
So i think it is due to some plugin that i have downloaded.
Btw, the page editing view is different as that when i click to edit a text box, it appears directly as a drop down page to edit instead of opening up in another window.
I also do not see 3 tabs (Normal editing view, html view and preview).
It makes editing very hard without me being able to reach the HTML code as well..
Any idea what is wrong. Is that an general soholaunch update difference of due to the plugin that i have?
Thanks a lot.

What version of Soho are you using? You'll find this in the bottom right hand corner of your Sohoadmin control panel.

hi, i have updated to the latest soho version.
But my editing pages still looks screw up. I do not see HTML view and preview view tab.
Other differences are buttons like uploading image.
Previouly it will open in another tab where I can upload a file and insert it into my page simultaneously. Now it pops up a window, i have to upload it, then insert into my page. it's so stupid.
Is that my problem or soho problem. I have been seeing this only this week.

Hmm.. it sounds as though it could be a problem on your PC - I've come across similar before.
If you PM me your Soho login details, I can check it from a known good PC (or two) so we can begin to narrow down the problem.

Update: Anyone ever see anything like this: http://brody.org.uk/avgroup.html ?
When I logged into ashaec's sohoadmin and clicked the main menu button, all I got was the moving 'loading' icon. However I captured the source code and cut and pasted it into an html editor - the screen cap at the url above is the result.
I'm stumped :hmm: (although I may have an inkling as to why it might have happened).
Anyone else have any ideas on a fix?

If you look at the bottom of the captured source code, does it look like it is incomplete?
I ran into a similar situation before, though it happened only on the page editor, which happens to be the most completed module. It appeared to me that the PHP output buffer was not big enough so the generated HTML code was chopped off at a certain point. It was with Yahoo hosting and I could for the life of me get any attention from Yahoo's help desk and never resolved. Well, let me rephrase that: Yahoo help desk responded in a very timely manner, except that they said a special group had to handle this sort of problem and that "special group" never responded no matter how I tried.

Ah, yes, I see what you mean. The output buffer could certainly be a 'contender'...
I'm guessing that the host has not set up the php environment particularly well then?
