One click member adding

I would like a plugin that allows me to take orders from my shopping cart and simply click a button to add them to our members only page and assign them a username and password. I don't want to have to enter their billing and shipping information again.

Currently all my orders are triple entry as the customer enters their information, then I have to add them to my members pages and to my accounting program.
