How do I upgrade from 4.6? Do i just overwrite the files?
What do I need to backup?

I recommend to backup all of your files and mysql database before doing an upgrade, just in case there goes something wrong.
after that you just overwrite all of the files in the sohoadmin folder (if you have changed any system files manually, you will off course need to fix these again)
i can not remember if you need to run the setup.php again, but don't think so, everything should go smoothly.

To backup a site, download the following folders: /media/ , /images/ , /sohoadmin/config/ , /sohoadmin/tmp_content/ , along with any custom template you may use. Also make sure to download any data tables used through site data tables.

Ok, I uploaded the new sohoadmin directory (4.7). I now get this error message when trying to access the /sohoadmin program:
PHP script D:\CustomerData\webppliance\conf\domains\fcalions\ Inetpub\wwwroot\sohoadmin\index.php is protected by SourceGuardian and requires file ixed.win.4.3.4.pxp.
Please read SourceGuardian protected scripts manual.
Please advise.

ixed.win.4.3.4.pxp is in the sohoadmin/ixed directory so that could not be the problem.
i did not know you where on windows either.
maybe mike or cameron know whats wrong here.
is that space infront of Inetpub normal?

No, the space infront of Inetpub is not normal. In fact I just tried to access the sohoadmin module again and it's not there.
Any help from Mike and/or Cameron would be greatly appreciated.
