Thought I might get an answer here quicker than by email - still waiting for response.

I tried to purchaset the Pro version this morning and I kept getting an error message saying my address or zip were wrong. So I tried 3 more times and quit.

I checked my online banking and there are 2 debits for $99 each and there appears to be 2 debits also on my credit card.

Yet I got no email confirmation confirming even 1 purchase.

Something is definitely wrong.

What's the deal?

Unfortunatly this is something you're going to have to speak to the sales department about. It looks as though there may have been a problem with the shopping cart by what you say and it thinks you have ordered more than one of the product. :(

Hi Vicki,

What domain were you trying to purchase a license for? Also: when you say you've gotten no response via email... how did you contact us? Using the contact form on our Contact Us page?
