I can't FTP

i want to download and alter the runtime.css file, but i can't figure out how to connect (ftp) to my site:

greg.lawrenceprinting.com

i tried doing it through a browser and using cute.ftp, and i dont' understand why it won't work. the other day i had the same problem, and had to call Cameron to set up an account and password for me.

this is very frustrating. something like this shouldn't be hard/ :(

Using Cute FTP you should be able to use your server ip address for the FTP Host Address which is 209.59.181.207

Then enter the user name and password your host has given you for your account.

If you used fantastico to install, there may be permissions issues that will not allow you to write over the file. If this is the case, you can rename that file on the server prior to uploading the new one.

I believe that the runtime.css file is regenerated each time you log into sohoadmin (I could be wrong) You will want to download the runtime.css file. Make your changes, then change the name to custom.css and upload it into the template folder that you are using.

public_html/sohoadmin/program/modules/site_templates/pages
