I made a series of FAQs in the FAQ manager and added it to a page. I have a few typos and I am trying to edit both the heading, which is not exactly what I would have wanted and one of the answers. It seems that no matter how I try, I just can't do it. I have tried to delete the old one and put in a new one, but can't delete it. Any answers out there for me?

Hi GovtLawyer, welcome to the forums!

If by heading you mean the category name (General FAQs), this cannot be changed. Although, it should be possible to do this so I will make sure this gets in one of the future builds. Thanks.

To edit an answer, click Edit/Delete FAQ next to the question and you can change the question, answer and FAQ #(sort number).

Hope this helps! :)

So, if I am asked a category name, the category name will always appear at the top of the list as "Category Name FAQ"? If so, how do I simply add an FAQ list that just says FAQ at the top?

When I click edit/delete, and add new text, the old text still appears. Am I supposed to give it a completely different number?

It is possible to create a category name with a single space. I do not know how well this will work, but it may solve your problem.

The FAQ # allows you to sort them the way you want.

Unfortunately, without being able to test your site, I cannot provide much help. Make sure you are clicking the save button after editing the faq.

You can always submit a support ticket if you have a partner account, or ask your host to submit a ticket with your information. Or, send me a private message with the details(login) for the site.
