stuck at agreement

I have just upgraded to the latest soholaunch-pro47-r041013 but i can not get past the SOHOLAUNCH END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT screen.

please give me a hand here.

I figured it out,

I had to remove the isp.conf.php file and run the setup again, because it had some new features in their.

I am using Fantastico & I am also getting stuck on the License Agreement page. I deleted the installation & then re-installed but same problem! Please help. Thanks.

I installed it in sbs.DOMAIN.com does that matter?

it should not, but try going to http://domain.com/sub/sohoadmin/ instead and see if you can pass the license page then.

also check your permissions. and check your isp.conf.php file and see if it says domain.com/sub instead of sub.domain.com

The permissions for the sohoadmin dorectory are at 777 and the permissions for the isp.conf.php file is set at 777.

I've tried everything in this thread. No go. :confused:

Help! I don't want my trial expiring before I even get to look at this!! :( :(

alyssakay, What is the exact problem you are experiencing? If you are experiencing the problem where the end-user license loops, delete the type.lic file which is in the /sohoadmin folder.

No, I have my license - I just can't get the blasted thing to do anything when I click the accept button. It just reloads the agreement page.

I'll try deleting that file.

And then try to sign into the admin again and see if it will register the fact that i've clicked on the accept button.

Ummmm there is no file called type.lic in my /sohoadmin folder.

There should be a soholaunch.lic and a type.lic file in your /sohoadmin directory. If you are missing one of these, or both its no problem, but first delete both of these files. Next make sure the permissions on your docroot is recursivly 777. Let me know how that goes.

I used fantastico to install it.... the public_html folder is chmod 777 soholaunch.lic or type.lic in the /sohoadmin folder

It looks like the problem was fixed on 1nationwebhosting.com. If anyone is still having this problem you need to make sure the permissions on license.txt are 777, and delete the soholaunch.lic file. Both of these files are in the /sohoadmin directory. Ned, let me know if the above doesn't work for you.

It didn't work for me.

I've already lost a month of my trial - and I still cant get past this, my trial will be over before I get a chance to actually look at this thoroughly, that is ... if I can get it to install. :(

Update your Fantastico, then update the installation of Soholaunch. I will adjust your trial expiration date if you could email me your partner info @ cameron.allen@soholaunch.com.
