For some reason, I still cannot get Multi-User Access to work. Is anyone else having this problem or if you did, how did you fix it?
Thanks.
Jacob

It's just not there. There is not an option to create additional users on the Webmaster screen.

What license is required? I was under the impression that Multi-User Access was different from Secured Users.

For Multi-User Access you don't need any additional modules. You can access this feature through the webmaster menu.

Usualy this is caused from an improper upload of pro edition. Download the latest version and to be insure it is installed correctly extract it on the server. There are often problems when the files are uploaded via ftp, instead of uploading then extracting on the server.

Cameron, I re-uploaded the files and still have the same problem. This is on a windows server. I even downloaded the files directly on the windows server in terminal services, extracted the files to the appropriate place and still cannot see the Multi-User Access screen.
Please advise.

I need to correct myself. You do need the Multi-User Access Rights module to make secure users for the tool.

So, I have to have the Secured Users Module in order to create Multiple Users for Multi-User Access. Is that correct?

Cameron, I had another domain that had Secure Users, I went to partner.soholaunch.com and removed it from that domain so I can add it to my other domain that actually needs it. However, My Secure Users total is still 0. I can't find a way to make the old domain redownload the license.
Please advise.

Once you delete a domain, if you are using lifetime licenses it does not credit you a license as you have chosen to delete that domain. I will credit you for the lost licenses if you could private message me with your partner area login email address and the module/smt licenses that you deleted.
