Problem Upgrading Account

Help. I added some modules to a customer's domain. I told them to go click on the module and click License Upgrade. When they click License Upgrade it adds REGKEY() | product_name() to the top of the screen and does not add that module.

Delete the soholaunch.lic file in your sohoadmin directory, then login the tool. This will create a new license that allows use of the modules.
