Internet explorer 6 new window

Just a simple question for people who have experienced the same and know the solution.

I had a customer on the phone telling me that after trying to login to soholaunch, it says that there should be a new window opening (the menu off course) but it doesn't.

anybody know what could be wrong? there security settings are set to medium-low

its working with me, but im not able to figure this out. java problems maybe?

Is it possible they are running Windows XP with Service Pack 2? After you add SP2 to the computer, it adds a POP UP blocker to the Internet Explorer 6. You can modify the settings or turn off the Pop Up blocker under Tools/Pop-up Blocker. How this helps.

no they did not have SP2. I have and know about that.

but they had another popup-blocker running, knowing this fixed the problem :-)
