Users sign in / Forgotten password

I have dropped this onto my page, and it works fine if you sign in, but if I try the forgotten password option, is says 'user is not found on the system', but obviously it is there, as I can sign in with it???

Any ideas?

i believe this may be case sensitive so it could be that you were maybe writing it in as caps?
