soholaunch license issue

Problem:

After changing our hosting company from one with soholuanch pro edition in its cpanel to one which does not have
soholaunch pro edition in its cpanel, we had to use
the installer to set up soho in our public_html
folder on our server in order to continue using soholaunch pro
edition with all its advanced features (full version)

In addition, we also changed our domain name in the "domain Licenses" section of our partners area at http://partner.soholuanch.com because we decided to change our domain name and wanted soho pro edition with its full features to reflect this.

However, despite the fact that our shopping cart and
the advanced futures were installed, and working
perfectly well for a while with our new domain name, when we logged into our soholaunch admin area we kept getting messages
stating that we have to upgrade to the full edition if
we want to continue using soholaunch and its advanced
features!!. This was wrong!! No upgrade was necessary.

Soholuanches system should have recognized our licence and
such notifications was absolutely not in line with our purchase.

Since we did not upgrade after a few days, the
shopping cart and all its advanced features eventually
stopped being functional !! Soholaunch now require us to
repurchase a licence we don' t need!! We already have
one and its for current domain domain.

Is anyone else having this problem? Or had this problem before? How did you fix it? help!!
