Can someone please tell me what my privacy rights are pertinent to Soholaunch forums?

My question is why is it when I search Google for my domain name is that some of my Soholaunch forum questions is posted as a return from the Google searcj? This is an invasion of my privacy rights.

This is a public forum and everyone can see its entire content, including Google bots.

The privacy thing only pertains to your registration information not viewable by the public.

You legally have no privacy rights when in public - that includes whether you are on a street, or in a public forum. Courts have consistently held that there are no legal or moral privacy rights in public places, and that includes anything you publish for public consumption on the Internet.

Thanks alot yall. My problem is is that my shopping portal is not open for business as of this time and anybody who does a search on me or my business could locate my website and attempt to make a purchase even though everything is not set up yet. That's why I'm complaining today.
