Index.html does not have content

I did ftp to enspens.ca bowlgallery1 .. all information is there except in the index.html
the only source content is

<frame frameborder="0" src="imgpages/image000.html" name="imageframe"></frameset>

I have rebuilt 3 times from scratch in Extreme Thumbnail Generator ...
This all started 5 hours ago when I started to build this bowlgallery ... when I aborted an ftp upload to the wrong customer ftp file

How do I get this corrected ...
