Global Time Zone
Hi,
I want to know more about the Global Time Zone that is set in the Webmasters/Global settings page. I want to know where the value is stored, what it is used for, the page that retrieves the value and saves it in the database etc etc. I have searched through the forum but there was no much information. If there is a tutorial on this pls pass it. Thanks...

This is a relatively new feature.
The default is the server setting. If you choose and save it, the value is saved in "smt_userdata" table with the following field values: plugin=webmaster_pref fieldname=timezone_adjust data=(number of hours from GMT. Example, "-5" for EDT in US)
