Dynamic autoresponder

Is there any way to create a dynamic autoresponder based on a form field. I have a survey form that students fill out and choose their school from a drop down list, I would like to have an autoresponder that can apend the value of their choice to a code to be used as a coupon so we can track how many students from a particular school use the coupon. Suggestions
