Postage Charge on International Orders

I have created a website with a shopping cart. Items are delivered for free within the UK and for international orders there is a £4.99 delivery charge. How do I set this up? I've set me local country to the UK but don't know what else to do.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Go to Shopping Cart (from Main Menu) then Shipping Options.

Under Shipping Options, set your "Local Orders" as you want (in your case all zero)

Under "International Orders" - click the paragraph below to "Set your local country". Then set up the rest as you desire.
