Cameron I requested full refund for the POWER SHIPPER PLUGIN $179. But instead I was refunded for USPS plugin. I purchased both, downloaded and used just trying to get one that worked. see dates...

I wonder if you can help me.
I'm shortly going to be upgrading to build v.4.9.3r32 which has some extra features regarding the shopping cart (Paypal sandbox etc). I have several custom plugins affecting the shopping cart modules. Can you tell me what shopping cart modules are affected by the new build so any new features are not automatically overwritten by my plugins ?
