All my published plugins appear to have been hijacked.
I cannot log on to the soho plugin website with my email address, even after a password reset. All my plugins are now appearing under a different email address / author. What can I do ?? Regards AndyP |

Hi,I was planning on emailing Mike Armas yesterday and went to the addons site to get his email when I noticed a new author name.I was thinking Mike(or any other plugin author) would notify people on the forum if they ever sold their plugins.I didn't notice any others that were changed but I don't think I checked.Luckily I never sent an email to the address displayed for the ma superbasic template and I am happy Mike still owns it as he is very helpful whenever I need it for the template.

I'm hoping the maintainance currently underway on the plugins site will solve the problem, Chris Neizter did respnd to my contact about this so the guys are on it (I even tried to buy a ticket but coudn't....).
When I couldn't even log in, and my work appears to have changed hands - the natural reaction is of course ...... WTF ! Thanks for the replies chaps. AndyP |

Don`t worry Andy,The soho gang is on it.
I`m sure they will straighten it out. If you own the plugin and did not transfer the rights to it,It`s still yours. It`s that simple. It`s probably a mistake somewhere, but rest assured they will get it fixed. There a great bunch of Geeks, looking out for use all.dresswell

It all appears to be correct now. What I did to resolve this was to go to the partner area (of course you have to be a partner to do this) and reset my password there. Then I was able to log into both the partner area and the addons site and all my plugins were back!
Give it a shot.
