Addon wanted to manage Affiliate program

Does anyone have any knowledge of an Affiliate Program Management tool that is compatible with Soholaunch?
I want to be able to sign up affiliates and automatically tally and pay commissions on product sales from my estore when the affiliate code is recorded. I'm sure there are many ways to do this. My goal is to keep it simple, and avoid high ongoing costs. I don't mind buying the tool, or paying someone to create and integrate it (within reason) but I don't want to be paying high monthly fees to some management company to keep it going.

I will mostly be selling information and ebooks, using Paypal for payment processing.
