Quantity Discount and Additional Product Options don't work together

Hi,

I bought the Additional Product Options plugin first. It works great.

But now I sell a new kind of products that require Quantity Discount. This second plugin works really well too... but since I installed it, Additional Product Options plugin doesn't work anymore!

Do somebody knows how I could use these two plugins? Or is it possible to have a my money back for one of the plugin...?

I am having the same problem. I installed the Quantity Discount First and it seemed fine. After I installed the additional options plug-in, I started to get an error message when I went to save a new product (Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes). Also- when I added a new attribute on the additional options tab, when I came back to the page the info was gone and it had not saved the attribute. Anyone who can help?

Try contacting the plugin developers.
They should be able to figure it out for you.

I figured out that it is the Additional options Plug-In that is the problem. When I uninstalled this Plug-In it works again. Soho is the developer for this plug-in. Who do I contact in this case?

Hit the contact us button on top of this page or summit a support ticket
to soholaunch.
Either plugin could be making the problem.
It seams having both don't work well with each other.
So 1 of them or both are conflicting with each other.
It could even be a setup issue or another plugin your both using.
I don't use both so i cant see whats going on.
What does your error log say?
Anyone else using these 2 that are having the same problem?

I un-installed the Quantity Pricing Plug-In (which Works Fine By itself) and re-installed the Additional Option Plug-in by itself. I still get the same error message - Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes. Also- any new attributes I create don't save. I went to the Soho Add-on page and the developer is actually Springboard Net Solutions, but I can't figure out how to get in touch with them. Thanks for your help...
