Exclamation URGENT:: Template Boxes HELP!!!!

I've built 3 different blogs in the blog editor. I've assigned a blog to each of the 3 template boxes I have included in my template (both to the homepage and the site base).

the results are not what I expected: On the Homepage, while all these blog entries are built the same way, they do NOT align vertically.

Even worse on the sitebase pages (lower-level pages), the template box design duplicates itself as many times as there are line breaks.

PLEASE see this in action at the following: http://fr.ogilvyequestrian.com/
Compare the Homepage with the other pages to get an idea of what I'm referring to.

Also, I gave each of these the same parameters.

Please help urgently as I have a drop-date of TODAY at 9H00.

They are caused by sloppy codes...

1. Not aligned vertically: You need to stick valign="top" to the <td> tag for each of the three BOX'es.
2. Repeated background: You forget to include background-repeat: no-repeat" for .title03 in custom.css.

Angry Thanks but now problems re-uploading template

I have made the recommended changes in the CSS and on the tempalte pages (both Home and Index). I ahve re-zipped the files and tried uploading BUT it always tell me Template Upload Error!

I've had this problem before and made sure that not the folder containing the files was zipped but rather the files themselves, and it still doesn't allow me to upload the new template.

Any idea as to why and how I could fix this?

On the contrary, you should zip the file folder so that all file components in the zipfile has the template folder name explicitly included in their respective path.

Default Sorry But that didn't work either!

This is really frustrating! Please let me know how I can get the new template uploaded.
Can I put it somewhere so that you can take a look at the files? Can I FTP them onto the directory? Please suggest something that will make it work. \
I've tried both Zipping the template folder as well as the files within that template folder and none of these two ZIP files work!

I'm really desperate here and so close to closing the project...
