Can customers view their account online ?

Hi all,

This is a question regarding Soholaunch capabilities.

I've received a request from someone wanting to build a business website, which includes the ability for their customers to view where their payments are up to, online.

Essentially, customers to the site would want to view a calendar and enrol in various activities as and when they choose. Two types of events occur:

1) A regular service. Customers can pay ahead and prices are constant. Customers would want to log in and find their balance and payment history, and of course pay if needed.

2) An event service. Those same customers (and new ones specifically for events) would want to pay in advance (hopefully through the same log in page) for regularly staged events. These prices vary.

Is it possible for Soholaunch to do this?

As far as I'm aware, Soholaunch has a shopping cart, but *not* built in billing software capabilities that I am aware of, and with recurring type charges you're talking more about billing software than you are a shopping cart.

A one time event is fairly easily done - we ran a reservations system for martial arts seminars off of Soholaunch, with each date's being a different product, and it worked well. Charging monthly dues through there? Nope.

Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're asking, which is always possible at 1am.
